The first podcast: From a garage to becoming a global market leader

Our Managing Director Samuel Wolf recently published his first podcast. In issue #5 of the podcast “Am Ende des Tages” by Simon Pirmann, Samuel Neuner, and Sven Herty, he answered a great many questions about his family, his career, and his motivation to maintain and expand the location in Germany in spite of all the difficulties connected to this.

In particular, the conversation focused on the authentic and personal presence of Samuel Wolf and vapic on social media. Samuel Wolf's credo is that hidden champions have to show themselves to be recognised by potential customers. The issue of a shortage of skilled labour was discussed as well. vapic has had very good experiences with the applicant days here.

At the end of the day, the interviewers will know to talk about they do and what they can offer.
