Innovative solutions for parts cleaning

We are a renowned supplier of products and services for industrial parts cleaning based in Neubulach-Oberhaugstett (Black Forest). We are a medium-sized family-owned enterprise with a portfolio that covers three areas: Special plant construction, contract cleaning and the manufacture of cleaning agents.

Thanks to the unique combination of these three areas of expertise combined with the development of the energy-saving vapic process and the focus on the entire process chain of part production, we offer high-level customised and individual cleaning solutions for every task. This is made possible by the innovative vapic technology, which has already received several awards from the state of Baden-Württemberg and EU funding.

vapic solutions are used in almost all sectors, mainly in the automotive industry, medical technology, the composites sector, and the white goods industry.

The origins of our company date back to 1995. At that time, Reiner Wolf founded a service company for cleaning plants. These beginnings gave rise to vapic GmbH, which is now managed by Reiner Wolf, Jonas Keppler, Christian Bischoff, and Samuel Wolf and currently employs around 60 people, including 2 trainees. With their aid, vapic generated sales of € 10.3 million in 2023.

The vapic headquarters has been located in Neubulach since 2009 and covers an area of 8,100 square metres. Since 2018, another production site for individual components is located in Fülöpjakab, Hungary.
