A matching solution for any part

From small parts that measure just a few millimetres to very large parts with lengths of up to 2.4 metres – we can clean almost any part as a service. Our cleaning processes cover various cleanliness requirements, from simple degreasing before welding or bonding to ultra-fine cleaning with particles smaller than 50 µm for medical technology. We can clean all materials effectively and ensure that your parts achieve exactly the level of cleanliness you require thanks to the use of different cleaning media.

Quality controls in accordance with your specifications

We place great importance to quality controls that are precisely tailored to your specifications. We determine the cleanliness with regard to contaminating films such as oils or cooling lubricants by means of surface energy using test inks or contact angle measurements. We can also use residual fluorescence to verify cleanliness. We have our own in-house residual contamination analysis laboratory that performs residual contamination analyses in accordance with VDA Volume 19.1 for particulate contamination. The frequency and severity of our inspections are customised to your needs to ensure that your parts always meet the highest quality standards.

Packaging as individual as your products

We make the packaging for your cleaned parts as unique as your products are. We offer customised solutions, from simple wrapping with film to counting and weighing parts in bags that can be labelled directly for the end customer. Packaging with corrosion protection to protect your parts from environmental influences is also possible. We offer packaging in an ISO class 8 clean room to prevent recontamination by the ambient air for parts with high cleanliness requirements.
