Personal data are all data that can be related to you personally, e.g., name, address, email addresses,

(3) When you contact us by email, phone, fax, or via a contact form, the data you provide (your email address, if applicable, your name (your email address, possibly your name and phone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We will erase the data arising in this context after their storage is no longer necessary is no longer required or restrict processing if there are statutory retention obligations.
(4) We are going to inform you in detail below about the respective processes if we use contracted service providers for any individual functions in the scope of our offering or would like to use your data for any advertising purposes.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA WHEN VISITING OUR WEBSITE
(1) We will only collect the personal data your browser submits to our server when you are using the website in a strictly informational manner and without submitting any further information
to us. If you want to view our website, we will collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (the legal basis is point (f) of sentence 1 of Art. 6 (1) GDPR):

DURATION OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
We store personal data in accordance with the statutory retention periods (e.g., retention periods under commercial and tax law). The respective data will then be erased unless it is required to perform the contract and/or there is no legitimate interest in storage.
SOCIAL MEDIA AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
SOCIAL MEDIA
(1) We currently use the following social media plug-ins and/or link to the following social media platform providers: Instagram, LinkedIn. We use the two-click solution for plug-ins. This means that no personal data will be passed on to the providers of the plug-ins initially when you visit our site. You can recognise the provider of the plug-in by the marking on the box above its initial or logo. You will have the option of using the button to communicate directly with the provider of the plug-in provider via the button. The plug-in provider will only receive the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online offer if you click the marked field to activate it. Additionally, the data mentioned in the section COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA WHEN VISITING OUR WEBSITE (paragraph 1) will be transmitted in this case. For strict links to social media platform providers, the data mentioned in the section COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA WHEN VISITING OUR WEBSITE (paragraph 1) will only be transmitted to the provider after you click the link. Since the plug-in provider collects data in particular via cookies, we recommend that you delete all cookies via your browser's security settings before clicking on the greyed-out box before clicking on the greyed-out box via the security.
(2) We have no influence on the data collected and the data processing procedures, nor are we aware of the full extent of that data collection, the purposes of the processing, and the storage periods. We also have no information on deletion of the data collected by the respective provider.

(4) When using social media plug-ins, data will be transferred irrespective of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in there. If you press the enabled button and, for example, link the page, the plug-in provider will also store this information in your user account and share it with your contacts publicly. We recommend that you log out regularly after using a social network, but in particular before activating the button. This is going to prevent assignment to your profile with the plug-in provider.

According to Instagram, IP addresses in Germany are anonymised immediately after collection. We cannot rule out the possibility that your personal data will be transmitted to the respective provider and stored there (in the case of US providers, to the USA). INTEGRATION OF YOUTUBE VIDEOS
(1) We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offering to improve our service. These are stored on
http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. All of these are integrated in "extended data protection mode", i.e., no data about you as a user is transferred to YouTube if you do not play the videos.

personal data in the USA as well. Google LLC. (USA) has subjected itself to the EU-US Privacy Shield

(1) This site uses technology from Borlabs GmbH, Rübenkamp 32, 22305 Hamburg, Germany, for technical implementation and management of your consents that we request in the scope of operation of our website (hereinafter: Borlabs).
