Filtration of cleaning and rinsing tanks is an essential aspect of industrial parts cleaning. Use of filters separates particulate contamination from the cleaning plant and maintains the quality of the cleaning media.
We ran our machines with bag filters for years – until the FoldMax® Pro appeared.
FoldMax® Pro high-performance filter
The vapic FoldMax® Pro is our latest product and truly sets new standards in the filtration of cleaning tanks. Thanks to the special process technology used in production and a high level of expertise in manufacturing, these unique items are produced exclusively in Germany.
Application example contract cleaning
Extending a service life of 2 weeks to more than 12 months! We achieved this impressive result in our contract cleaning department when we switched to FoldMax® Pro. Our solvecon machine reliably cleans customer parts to particulate requirements < 200 µm.
We subjected our various filter inserts in an extensive trial. We regularly took samples from the cleaning plant and analysed them in residual dirt analyses for this. This bath monitoring enabled us to optimally assess the condition of the cleaning fluid.
10-fold filter surface & sustainability
Our FoldMax® high-performance filters comprise multiple layers that are specially folded. As a result, they have 10 times the filter surface area of most bag filters, which have a surface area of 0.5 m². This has advantages in terms of quality and service life. We can customise the individual layers.
All our FoldMax® Pro high-performance filter elements are manufactured exclusively in Germany. The filter flies and injection moulded parts are mainly sourced domestically and supplemented by European suppliers. Local production ensures short delivery routes and reduces the CO2 footprint.
