On May 1, 2025, we will take over the renowned BOUS brand from the insolvent BOUS RENZMANN Cleantech GmbH. This is an important step towards strengthening our strategy for profitable company growth. Both the established brand name and the proven products will be retained, so that you can continue to rely on the well-known machines and cleaning chemicals. With the integration of BOUS machines, we are adding a segment of standardized, aqueous cleaning systems and systems specifically for cleaning pipes and hoses to our special system construction. The aim of the takeover is to ideally serve new tasks and open up new market segments with the expanded range of services. To this end, valuable synergies have been created with BOUS, both structurally and technologically, on the basis of which the potential of the combined product portfolio can be optimally exploited.
