Machinery - MEGAVAC

The powerful solution for degreasing parts in lattice boxes

Our MEGAVAC represents efficiency and precision in industrial degreasing. Specially designed for cleaning complete lattice boxes filled with parts, this plant offers outstanding performance and reliability thanks to its advanced technology and fully automatic loading.

The MEGAVAC plant achieves an impressive cycle time of just 6.5 minutes per lattice box with its two hydrocarbon-fuelled solvent tanks and two separate working chambers. This permits quick and thorough degreasing and drying of standard lattice boxes. This considerably speeds up your production processes.

The fully automatic loading of the MEGAVAC is performed by a state-of-the-art shuttle vehicle, which transports the lattice boxes efficiently and precisely into the plant. With a capacity of 440 accumulation places, the MEGAVAC plant can be operated for up to 40 hours without human intervention that permits virtually autonomous cleaning and significantly reduces operating costs.

The MEGAVAC plant represents outstanding performance, reliability, and efficiency. It forms the ideal solution for companies that need to quickly and thoroughly degrease large numbers of lattice boxes containing parts. Trust in the advanced technology of vapic GmbH to optimally meet your cleaning requirements.
