Successful start to the 2025 webinar year: focus on sustainable and energy-efficient parts cleaning

On 11 February 2025, the first vapic webinar of the year took place on the topic of ‘Parts cleaning - sustainable and energy-efficient’. After a brief introduction by Samuel Wolf and vapic GmbH, key challenges of industrial component cleaning were highlighted, including environmental impact, investment and operating costs as well as maintenance and service costs.

Samuel Wolf then presented practical solutions, which were underpinned by examples from the industry. The following hacks were particularly emphasised:
- Cycle time optimisation for more efficient processes
- Selecting the optimum chemicals to reduce environmental impact and costs
- Applying for funding to support energy-efficient investments

The 10 participants also had the opportunity to ask questions and received well-founded expert answers.
