Successful generational change

Today is the day: our company founder Reiner Wolf is handing over management of the business to his son Samuel Wolf on 1 December 2025, who will continue to run the company together with Jonas Keppler in future.

Founded in 1995 as "Reiner Wolf – Technischer Dienst" with services related to cleaning systems and vacuum distillation, we have grown into a company with just over 80 employees. In Neubulach Oberhaugstett, we have an area of approximately 8,100 square metres at our disposal for plant construction, contract cleaning and chemicals.

It is not easy for Reiner Wolf to say goodbye – after all, he has continuously built up and shaped "his baby" over three decades. Nevertheless, he is aware that both the transfer of the majority shareholding and the handover of management are necessary to pave the way for the future. Reiner Wolf will remain associated with the company as a senior consultant. At the same time, he would like to use his newly gained time for personal projects and private endeavours.

Samuel Wolf has been with the company since 2017. After completing his training as an electronics technician for devices and systems at Berthold Technologies, he joined vapic as a mechatronics engineer and qualified as a technical specialist and technical business economist while working. Since July 2022, he has been responsible for the areas of chemistry, sales and marketing, and in April 2023 he was appointed to the management board. By taking on key areas of responsibility at an early stage, he was able to familiarise himself comprehensively with the company's processes and actively shape the strategic development of the business areas.

Samuel Wolf formulates the guidelines for the coming years: the strategic development of his father's business ideas, the consistent implementation of the motto "The best solution for every cleaning task" and a clear vision that defines the company's ambition – vapic should become synonymous with parts cleaning. The team plays a particularly important role in this, and a respectful working environment shapes the corporate culture.

Alongside Samuel Wolf, Jonas Keppler will remain on the management board. Jonas Keppler has been with the company since 2009. A trained mechatronics engineer with further training in mechanical engineering, he initially joined the company as a technician and subsequently took on responsibility in various areas. He has been a member of the management board since 2017.

Together with Samuel Wolf, he forms an experienced and reliable management duo that is shaping the future of the company on a stable foundation.
