It's all about pipe cleanliness at the Tube trade fair in Düsseldorf from 13 to 17 April

Companies in the pipe and pipe processing industry face a wide range of challenges every day, resulting from strict cleanliness requirements, high time pressure, stubborn contaminants and changing pipe cross-sections. In May 2025, we expanded our range to include compact water-based cleaning machines by acquiring the bous brand, thereby specifically broadening our range of applications in order to meet the requirements for effective cleaning of pipes and hoses in particular. That is why we are presenting our solutions for the first time at Tube in Düsseldorf from 13 to 17 April under the motto "Clean pipes".

In this field, Dutch machine manufacturer BEWO CS has been relying on proven bous technology for some time.

BEWO CS is a renowned company on the market that specialises in automatic sawing systems. The systems not only cut steel pipes of various diameters and wall thicknesses, but can also deburr, chamfer, measure, wash and package them. This consistent integration of several processing steps, including pipe cleaning, is a characteristic feature of the systems. BEWO CS has been using cleaning technology from the bous brand for around 15 years, which is now being continued under vapic. Thanks to their compact design and reliable aqueous parts cleaning, including drying, the systems enable seamless integration. The sawn pipe pieces are then cleaned of chips and oils under high pressure in the cleaning unit within the line, treated with corrosion protection and then dried safely – this is important for subsequent processes such as powder coating, welding, bending or painting. Further advantages that speak in favour of cleaning with this technology are: robust, low-maintenance design, designed for continuous operation, reliable cleaning and drying of up to 2,500 pipes per hour. In addition, the units can easily handle components of different lengths, diameters or weights. BEWO CS will also be represented at Tube in Hall 6, Stand E36.
