Machinery - AQUAFLEX

The flexible solution for fine cleaning with aqueous cleaners

Our AQUAFLEX represents greatest flexibility and efficiency in fine cleaning with aqueous cleaners. This versatile plant is specially designed to cover a wide range of cleaning requirements and always deliver optimum results.

The AQUAFLEX has three separate cleaning tanks that are operated with acidic, neutral, and alkaline detergents respectively. This diversity enables us to effectively remove a wide range of contamination and to customise the cleaning processes precisely to the requirements of your parts. Four rinsing stations are integrated as well to ensure thorough post-cleaning and the removal of cleaning residues.

The wide range of drying processes is another outstanding feature of the AQUAFLEX plant. The plant comes with the option of using vacuum, infrared, and hot air drying. These processes can be combined as required to optimise drying to the specific requirements of the cleaned parts. This ensures that your parts are not only clean, but also dry and ready for immediate use.
