Three new trainees on board

On 1 September, we warmly welcomed our three new trainees: one prospective industrial clerk and two future mechatronics engineers started their professional careers with us.

They were welcomed by Managing Director Jonas Keppler, who is also responsible for industrial training, Bettina Kern, Head of Marketing and trainer for the commercial professions, and Tanja Lörcher, Assistant to the Managing Director and responsible for HR.

To ensure a successful start, the three spent their first week together. In addition to a tour of the company and introductions to processes and systems, the main focus was on team spirit:

During an exciting rally, they mastered various stations and proved how well they work together as a team.

Together, the apprentices organised a barbecue for the staff with the support of the 2nd year apprentice - with great success and delicious food.

To round off the day, we went to see our patented animals in Pforzheim Wildlife Park 🦝, which were hiding well, then to adventure golf ⛳ and a cosy finale in the restaurant.

The training of skilled labour is a high priority for us. It is important to us that our trainees not only familiarise themselves with the departments, but also take on responsible and practical tasks that prepare them for their future careers.
