Machinery – SOLVECON

Precise ultra-fine cleaning for particulate purity requirements

Our SOLVECON is the optimum solution for ultra-fine cleaning of parts that have to meet strict requirements to a particle size of less than 200 µm. This state-of-the-art plant ensures maximum cleanliness and effectively prevents recontamination.

Specifically designed for cleaning pre-cleaned parts, the SOLVECON uses a mixture of hydrocarbon and modified alcohol, which is stored in two separate tanks.

A special feature of the SOLVECON is its direct connection to an ISO class 8 clean room. This ensures that the cleaned parts are immediately stored or further processed in a controlled environment after the cleaning process, which prevents recontamination by the ambient air.

We offer a high-precision ultra-fine cleaning plant that lives up to the highest purity requirements with the SOLVECON plant.
