Our latest acquisition for the production of cleaning chemicals is a stand mixer from the manufacturer ibw R\u00fchrwerkstechnik GmbH<\/a>. This machine enables the products to be mixed evenly and very gently. This ensures a constant mixing quality.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the larger containers, larger batches can now be processed efficiently and evenly, which significantly increases productivity and enables us to offer our chemicals at an attractive price.<\/p>\n

In the long term, the system will also be digitalised by integrating precise weighing technology that records and documents all ingredients to the exact gram. This not only guarantees consistent product quality, but also allows compliance with specific quality specifications to be documented.<\/p>\n

Another advantage of the new agitator is that it reduces the workload of our employees. Previously, aqueous mixtures were stirred manually and the solubility was checked regularly. The new stand mixer automates and optimises this process, significantly reducing the workload while further improving product consistency.<\/p>\n
