The high energy efficiency of our cleaning systems with the vapic\u00ae cycle not only has advantages for our customers in terms of operating costs. Thanks to the proven energy savings, they can even benefit from enormous state subsidies when purchasing a new cleaning system.<\/p>\n

Pentair S\u00fcdmo GmbH<\/a> from Riesb\u00fcrg is one example of how high these subsidies can be. Pentair S\u00fcdmo manufactures hygienic and aseptic process valves and components and is a long-standing supplier to highly demanding industries such as the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetics industries. With the purchase of a new vapic\u00ae cleaning system and with the support of theneo GmbH<\/a>, a company for energy optimisation from Ruhpolding, Pentair S\u00fcdmo was able to receive a subsidy of 26% of the system price and thus reduce the necessary investment by more than a quarter.<\/p>\n

Pentair S\u00fcdmo uses the new vapic\u00ae system to clean its components of emulsions, oils, greases, polishing pastes, chips and dust. The biggest challenge here is the removal of polishing paste inside the housing. For this purpose, we have designed an aqueous cleaning system with three working chambers, six tanks with fully automatic concentration measurement and subsequent dosing of the cleaning agent, which masters the challenges with ease. In combination with the fully automatic and low-friction feeding and handling system, also designed by vapic\u00ae, attention is paid to particle avoidance even during handling, thus enabling a consistently high cleaning quality.<\/p>\n
