Parts to be cleaned accumulate in virtually every area of industry. We offer contract cleaning to bridge delivery times, in the event of plant failures or capacity bottlenecks. Amongst other things, the MEGAVAC degreasing plant is available here, with which the cleaning and drying of parts in lattice boxes is possible economically and with a very short throughput time. The cleaning of the parts can be offered at an attractive price, which is between 30 and 45% below the usual market prices thanks to the energy-saving cleaning technology and the high degree of automation with a high-bay logistics system with 450 storage locations. The MEGAVAC is a 3-tank solvent chamber cleaning plant with ultrasound, alternating pressure process, spray cleaning, pressure flooding, vapour degreasing and vacuum drying. The solvent used, chemeco solve 800, is environmentally friendly as it is processed fully automatically. A gross weight of 1,000 kg is possible per batch. The unique cleaning processes and many years of experience of our employees guarantee the best results, even for complicated part geometries. With a capacity of 90,000 washing lattice boxes per year, orders for large quantities can also be accepted.<\/p>\n
