Our laboratory analyses will help you find the right cleaning media. We conduct solubility tests to determine the right chemicals for every lubricant. We are also happy to use your current cleaners and we also have cleaners from other manufacturers. We use compatibility tests to determine whether acids, solids or other substances are produced in the process during treatment such as distillation. During the process simulation, we check under which conditions you get the best process. We use a wide range of standardised tests to determine which cleaning medium is most suitable for you in our laboratory. We consider your materials and any contamination in detail. Properly documented, you will receive a detailed laboratory report from us, including a legend of the cleaning media tested and recommendations from our lab. We run test carriers or, if possible, customer parts through the cleaning process under defined, identical conditions in our laboratory. Cleanliness in terms of film contamination will then be determined using test inks, fluorescence, and contact angle. This way, we can determine precisely which cleaning product offers the best performance and which parameters such as temperature, time and mechanics in the process produce the best results.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

We will check how the contaminants behave in different treatment processes in our compatibility tests.
