We determine the cleanliness with regard to contaminating films such as oils or cooling lubricants by means of surface energy using test inks or contact angle measurements. We can also use residual fluorescence to verify cleanliness. We have our own in-house residual contamination analysis laboratory that performs residual contamination analyses in accordance with VDA Volume 19.1 for particulate contamination. We offer packaging in an ISO class 8 clean room to prevent recontamination by the ambient air for parts with high cleanliness requirements.
